Necessitees rarely sells from inventory. Most orders are processed and cut to order fresh and we do our best to ship within 1 to 5 working days. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise and delay our ability to ship your order within a reasonable time. We will contact you by phone or email to report on the status of your order.
Products Not Found On Our Website | Special Orders
Necessitees Online currently offers most available styles on our website, however our entire line may not be available on the website at one time. If you are looking for styles that you previously purchased from a store, give us a call! The style you are looking for may be available to order by special order.
Special orders are exempt from discount coupons and are non-returnable

Necessitees Online accepts PayPal, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards. Charges will appear on your card as "Necessitees Apparel Los Angeles, CA US"
Sales tax
All items shipped to California will be subject to your local sales tax.

We gladly accept returns within 30 days and in new condition subject to the following guidelines:

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed after inspection. It may take your bank longer to post the refund to your account.

Items marked as Final Sale or Discount Coupons marked as Final Sales are not returnable for refund or exchanges.

Shipping Charges are nonrefundable.

Product defects must be reported within the initial 30 days of purchase.
Sale Items, Promo or Discount Code & Sitewide Discounted Purchases
Items On Sale are steeply discounted and are Not Returnable. Some Promotional Emails with Discount Codes will be marked as Final Sale and/or Not Returnable for refund or exchange. Please take your time to order and ask all/any questions before check out for Non-Returnable orders.
If your item is returnable and you used a discount code on your purchase, please email tees@necessiteesapparel.com with the original order number, and the new item(s) (please include size, color, etc) that you would like to purchase. Someone from our team will email you an invoice to honor the original promotion. Please note that this is only applicable when the same item is repurchased in another size or color.
Only One Discount Code may be used per order. Discount Codes will not work on items already on Sale or Special Orders. No Exceptions.
Returns & Exchanges

To start your return request, email us at tees@necessiteesapparel.com or fill out our Contact Us form or call us at 213-622-2781.

Make sure to specify what you are returning(style/color/size)

You will be emailed the return authorization information along with a prepaid shipping label, and a minimum shipping charge of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use this label(shipping charge will vary based on package weight).

If you want to exchange, please place a new order on our website with your new item.

RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to Necessitees. RMA numbers that have expired prior to return will not be extended or reissued.
TO PREVENT DELAYS IN RETURN PROCESSING, please write the RMA number on the exterior of the box and send the package to the address below.
Necessitees is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We suggest you ship your return insured and in a traceable manner. After you receive an RMA number from us please send your return/exchange to:

Refunds are processed and issued to your original form of payment.

Discount code sales partial returns will be reimbursed for what you return minus the value of the discount for the remainder of the order.

Please allow 3 to 10 business days from the date of receiving your return for us to process your refund.

PO Box/APO shipments
Our default ground shipping carrier is USPS. Anything that is shipped via USPS should be delivered to a PO Box address. If we ship using another carrier due to package weight or size limitations, we will require a physical shipping address.
