Necessitees Online rarely sells from inventory.  Most orders are processed and cut to order fresh and yet we are able to ship within 1 to 5 days of ordering.  

However, unforeseen circumstances may arise and delay our ability to ship your order within a reasonable time. We will contact you by phone or email to report on the status of your order.

 

Products Not Found On Our Website | Special Orders

 

Necessitees Online currently offers most available styles on our website, however our entire line may not be available on the website at one time. If you are looking for styles that you previously purchased from a store, give us a call! The style you are looking for may be available to order by special order.

Special orders are exempt from discount coupons and are non-returnable

 

Credit Cards Accepted

 

Necessitees Online accepts PayPal, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards. Charges will appear on your card as "Necessitees Apparel Los Angeles, CA US"

 

Sales tax

 

All items shipped to California will be subject to your local sales tax.

 

Why haven't I received my order confirmation?

 

E-mail notification is sent out for each order placed with Necessitees Online. In order to ensure you receive our emails, please make sure the "necessiteesonline.com" domain is added to your safe senders list.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

 

We gladly accept returns within 30 days and in new condition subject to the following guidelines:

  • Returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with hang tags attached. We will reject all returned merchandise showing signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, human or pet hair. Refunds will not be given to rejected returns and merchandise will be returned to the customer.

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed after inspection. It may take your bank longer to post the refund to your account.

  • Final Sale items marked as such and are nonrefundable and can not be exchanged.

  • Shipping Charges are nonrefundable.

  • After you request a return, we will email you a return authorization along with a prepaid shipping label, and the following will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use this label. $6.95 for up to 2 items and $10.95 for 3 or more items.

  • We only accept returns that were purchased on necessiteesonline.com.

  • For safety and sanitary reasons, Masks and Undergarments are NOT RETURNABLE.

  • Product defects must be reported within the initial 30 days of purchase.  

 

 

Promo or Discount Code & Sitewide Discounted Purchases

 

Final sale promotions or discount codes will be marked as such within the promotion ad and/or on our website.  These discounted orders cannot be returned and are non-refundable.   

If you used a discount code on your initial order, Necessitees Online would be happy to honor that for one exchange request.

Only One Discount Code may be used per order.  Discount Codes will not work on items already on Sale or Special Orders.  No Exceptions.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

  • To start your return request, email us at tees@necessiteesapparel.com or fill out our Contact Us form or call us at 213-622-2781.

  • Make sure to specify what you are returning(style/color/size) 

  • You will be emailed the return authorization information along with a prepaid shipping label, and the following will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use this label. $6.95 for up to 2 items and $10.95 for 3 or more items.

  • If you want to exchange, please place a new order on our website with your new item.

  • If you used a discount code on your initial order, we would be happy to honor that for the exchange order! Go ahead and place a new order and email tees@necessiteesapparel.com with your new order number, and your original order number so that we can assist.

  • RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to Necessitees. RMA numbers that have expired prior to return will not be extended or reissued.

 

TO PREVENT DELAYS IN RETURN PROCESSING, please write the RMA number on the exterior of the box and send the package to the address below.

Necessitees is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We suggest you ship your return insured and in a traceable manner.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed and issued to your original form of payment.

  • Refunds for orders purchased with Gift Card or store coupon will be issued as store credit only not redeemable for cash. 

  • Discount code sales partial returns will be reimbursed for what you return minus the value of the discount for the remainder of the order.

  • Please allow 3 to 10 business days from the date of receiving your return for us to process your refund.

  • We do not refund shipping charges.

Currently Necessitees Online can only ship to addresses in the United States.

 

Shipping Rates

  • FREE Ground Shipping on orders over $100

  • Standard Ground Shipping(2-7 business days): $6.95

  • In the case of a refused delivery, your order will be refunded less roundtrip shipping charges.

  • Ground shipping transit times are not guaranteed.

  • Mask shipping rates are listed on mask product pages.

 

PO Box/APO shipments

 

We are able to ship to United States Post Office Box addresses using USPS only for packages under one pound.  Heavier than one pound will require a physical mailing address.
