Necessitees Online will always strive to keep products offered on our site in stock and available. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise and delay our ability to deliver your product within a day or two of ordering. If we are unable to ship your order within one to five days of ordering, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail.
Products Not Found On Our Website
Necessitees Online currently offers most available styles on our website, however our entire line may not be available on the website at one time. If you are looking for styles that you previously purchased from a store, give us a call! The style you are looking for may be available to order by special order.
Credit Cards Accepted
Necessitees Online accepts PayPal, American Express, MasterCard and Visa cards. Charges will appear on your card as "Necessitees Apparel Los Angeles, CA US"
All items shipped to California will be subject to your local sales tax.
Why haven't I received my order confirmation?
E-mail notification is sent out for each order placed with Necessitees Online. In order to ensure you receive our emails, please make sure the "necessiteesonline.com" domain is added to your safe senders list.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Necessitees Online offers customers a 30-day (30 days from the delivery date) satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases, except for goods that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. In order to be able to offer such a guarantee, customers must agree to comply with our Product Return Procedure. Any breach of Necessitees Online's Return Policy Procedure will result in the loss of our replacement/return guarantee. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected. PLEASE NOTE: Only items marked as FINAL SALE are not returnable. For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on undergarments. PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping charges. If you do not notify us of the product defect within the initial 30 day period it will be up to our discretion as to whether or not the item will be accepted for return or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges
To return a product based upon Necessitees Online's replacement/return guarantee, you must e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out our Contact Us form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number.
When making an exchange be sure to specify on your e-mail the new item(s) requested by including the style/color/size in your message. Note that Standard Shipping fee of $4.95 will be charged for the delivery of all exchanges.
This must be done within 30 days of your order delivery. Necessitees Online will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to Necessitees. RMA numbers that have expired prior to return will not be extended or reissued. Please prominently indicate the RMA number(s) on the shipping label or boxes containing the returned product.
Pack and securely seal the merchandise. Please note that all merchandise must have all tags attached. TO PREVENT DELAYS IN RETURN PROCESSING, please write the RMA number on the exterior of the box and send the package to the address below. We recommend that you ship your return via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground as these carriers provide tracking numbers and can provide proof of delivery. If you prefer to ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) we recommend that you insure the return package and choose a service which offers a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for packages not shipped by us.
